By purchasing or accessing our courses, you agree to these terms.

2. Services Provided

We provide access to digital learning materials through our online platform. Access is granted upon full payment unless otherwise specified (e.g., free or trial content).

3. Registration and Account

Users must provide accurate personal data to register. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

4. Payments

All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase via secure payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

5. Refund Policy

ONLINE COURSES: Due to the digital nature of our content, and the clients being able to download the courses, refunds are not issued once access is granted. Exceptions may be made within 14 days of purchase, only if the course content has not been accessed or downloaded.

LIVE COURSES: A registered course taker can withdrawal from course any time before the start of the course and get a full refund of the paid fee. A registered course taker can withdrawal from course within 14 calendar days after the course started and will get a 50% refund of the paid fee. If a registered course taker withdraw from course after 14 calendar days since the course started, no refunds are made.

APPLICATION SERVICE: Please note that the application service fee is non-refundable. Once payment is received, we begin processing your request and providing the service immediately. As a result, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, your right to withdraw is waived upon payment.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content is the exclusive property of MedStudy Services and may not be copied, shared, distributed, or resold without written permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only and not to misuse, hack, or disrupt the platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to users who violate these terms or misuse our services.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Changes will be communicated via email or platform notice.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be settled under the jurisdiction of Italian courts.
